    1Q: One of the green LED lights on the Inverter turned red, what does that mean?
    A: You have tripped the over current protection inside the Power Runner, which usually means your device has pulled too much power. Reset the inverter by pushing the power button twice. If this continues to happen, check and make sure your device is suitable for use with the Power Runner, then give our customer solutions center a call.
    2Q: How long will the Power Runner run my device?
    A: The Power Runner has a capacity of 1,28 KWh. For example, a 200Wh battery should run a 100W light for 2 hours (200/100=2). If your gear falls within the 256Wh capacity of the Power Runner, you'll want to check the restrictions on each output ports.
    3Q: How do I know if my device will work with the Power Runner?
    A: First, you'll need to determine the amount of power your device requires. This may require some research on you end, a good online search or reading the user guide for your device should suffice.Second, you will need to check the capacity for the individual output ports. For example, the AC port is monitored by an inverter that allows for 1500W of continuous power. This means if your device is pulling more than 1500W for an extended period of time, the Power Runner's inverter will shut off.Once you know your device is compatible, you'll want to determine how long you'll be able to power your gear from the Power Runner
    4Q: What type of battery is in the Power Runner?
    A: The Power Runner uses a 12.8V sealed Li-ion battery , similar to what is found in your cell Phone. Here are some basic facts about lithium batteries.- Long product lifetime - Extremely low self-discharge rate

    A: Plug in your charger and the green LED indicators should pulse to 100%.
    2Q: Can I take my Power Runner on a plane?
    A: You sure can. The Power Runner contains an advanced, sealed Lithium battery that is completely safe to bring along on your flight. Bring along your user manual to show the type of battery inside.
    3Q: My Power Runner is beeping, what does that mean?
    A: Plug your Power Runner into a power source, like a solar panel or outlet, as soon as possible. This chirping is to alert you that your Power Runner's battery is low and needs to be charged.
    4Q: Is the Battery or Inverter in my Power Runner replaceable?
    A: Yes. Your Power Runner's Battery and Inverter are both easily replaceable.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CHARGE YOUR DEVICE FROM PB Power Runner?
    Takes the same amount of time to charge your device from a Power Back power pack as it does from the wall.

    BEST-USE STRATEGY
    When recharging gear with your Power Runner, rest assure you will always get the rated 1.28 KWh or 2.56 KWh. The combination of using a smart inverter and lithium batteries gives you a constant power output. Note once the inverter shuts down, power down your Power Runner and charge.
    COLD WEATHER USAGE
    Cold temperatures (below freezing) will not impact your Power Runner's battery capacity. If you'll be living off-grid in sub-zero conditions you have not worries and can use the Power Runner to its fullest specifications.

    STORAGE AND DOWNTIME MAINTENANCE
    The PB Power Runner Self Discharge Rate is <3% monthly. This allows your Power Runner to be fully charged and still have 80% of energy after 6 months of storage. NO Maintenance required.

    WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT SUITABLE TO USE WITH YOUR Power Runner
    Modified-sine wave inverters, like those used in the PeeWee, are the most common inverters on the market. They work great with small electronic equipment, usually anything that includes an AC power cable with the box, like what your laptop comes with.
    Some or all of the following devices are not suitable for use with a modified sine wave inverter and should not be used with the PeeWee. Any such use is entirely at the owner's risk and Power Back does not accept any responsibility for damage or injury resulting from such use: Fluorescent lights with dimming function, Power tools employing "solid state" power or variable speed control, digital clocks with radios, and sewing machines with speed control.
